The Implementation & Reconciliation Group (IRG) will oversee information recovery, archives, and themes.
A report on themes will be produced by academics 5 years after the establishment of the IRG. The underlying aim of the IRG is to promote reconciliation through reducing sectarianism, improving understanding of the past, and supporting other reconciliation initiatives.
